ABOUT THE VILLA
Villa Malpensa is located in a large and beautiful private property in north eastern Sardinia so there are virtually no constructions in the eyesight. Villa Malpensa was built in 1976 by a famous italian architect called Luigi Caccia Dominioni.
The villa is located in a small bay and has straight access to its sandy beach which is 50 meters from the villa. The bay forms a well protected natural harbour even for large yachts. The villa enjoys exceptional views.
The main house is all located on one level, the large living room opens onto garden, as well as an Internal courtyard with feature fountain. The professionally equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar making it the ideal place to start the day. The communal areas also benefit from a study and a dining room. A new spa with Turkish bath & Finnish sauna as well as a laundry room are all located in this part of the property.
